Who are we?
Established in 2023, a Beat of Change was founded by a group of students at the University of Missouri, Columbia. We believe deeply in the immense benefit that percussion can bring to the lives it touches. Our mission is focused on supporting scholastic percussion programs in and around the state of Missouri, where we believe we can make the most impactful difference through our efforts and contributions.
What do we do?
Our current operations surround donating practice pads and drumsticks to middle school and high school music programs. All of our donated practice pads are made from hand, and our 2024 goal is to produce 100 practice pads to send to 5 different schools.
